Once you sign up for PROVEN, upload your Vaccine Card. Our healthcare professionals verify your information within 48 hours and activate your Proven Pass. Then you can watch the world open its doors to you with safety and security. Verification of your vaccine is good for up to 6 months at a time and you will be informed immediately should this change.

Going on a trip? You can take a test prior to travel or take our test kits along with you for convenience. Most COVID tests are good for 72 hours. We’ll add a little time to that, so your PROVEN Pass gives you at least 5 full days. If you supply your travel information to us, we will extend the length of your pass to equal the length of your travel up to 10 days as long as the risk is minimal. Most countries require a current COVID test to enter and leave the country so we can also provide one for you to take with you on your trip depending on where you are traveling.

This PROVEN option is typically more time-consuming and can take up to a week as it requires specific information from your physician, medical records, or laboratory. We want you safe, and we also aim to make the process as easy as possible. We will send you an email with instructions on how to proceed when you choose this option.
