This innovative, safe technology created in a partnership with NAHA Health, gathers proof of testing, vaccinations and health status all available through a convenient and cost-effective QR code. This means corporations, theaters, restaurants and every facility that depends on large gatherings to succeed can choose to check QR codes prior to letting anyone enter their facility. PROVEN means safety, trust and comfort levels will be restored as quickly as possible in the event of another pandemic.

How It Works

HIPAA Compliant Registration

PROVEN gathers the minimal data required to verify identity, including name, phone number and email. Each participant is assigned a unique, secured QR code based on that registration. All information is held securely in a HIPAA-controlled microdata structure.

Submit Your Covid Status

Participants provide their COVID-19 status and provide PROVEN with the authority to verify their status with officials. There are multiple pathways to being considered safe including:

I have been vaccinated

I am medically-cleared

(via test or with antibodies)

I need a test

Clinical Check By Healthcare Professionals

Nothing but approved COVID-19 information will be provided by accessing health records and only then after approval is received by participant. In other words, no one needs to know if you’ve been vaccinated or not, only that you are safe to enter. NAHA Health’s clinical team of authorized medical professionals make a clinical determination that the participant is safe.
Those opposed to vaccinations or have a medical reason to not be vaccinated, still should be able to move about freely. PROVEN has an alternative route to clearance for unvaccinated users that uses a symptom check and health screening reviewed by NAHA Health’s clinical team.

Data Privacy

PROVEN was designed to protect data privacy and exceed data privacy regulations by adhering to the following privacy principles:

Data is stored and shared only with explicit, informed consent.
Only the minimum amount of personal data is required and used.
Personally identifiable health information is stored under HIPAA-compliant healthcare security protocols.
Data is only stored as needed, never used for any non-healthcare purpose, and will never be resold.

At Home Testing for

COVID-19

COVID-19 test kits can be mailed to participants’ homes. Our partner portal checkmytest.com is constantly improving and developing more effective testing procedures and methods. We are developing widespread testing that will reduce testing time and costs for testing.
